Lighting of Keynsham Town Christmas Tree
Looking for the Light: Readings and music for the season of Advent
“Arrangements are now underway for the 2025 Christmas Tree Festival at St John’s Church, Keynsham to be held on 5th - 7th December.
Community groups will shortly be receiving letters and emails inviting them to take part.
This year it is the 8th biannual festival and it has become a regular part of Keynsham’s Community Christmas celebrations. Many groups use the opportunity to showcase their activities with their decorations and more than 60 trees in the wonderful setting of St John’s Church create a beautifully seasonal atmosphere. In 2023 over 2,000 people visited the Festival.
During the Festival there will be music from local musicians and choirs in the Church and refreshments and craft stalls will be in the adjacent church hall.
Entry to the Festival is free but donations are invited. Any profits from the Festival will go towards St John’s Church to help play its role in the Keynsham community.”
