St John’s is open for private prayer from 9am to 12pm from Monday to Friday.

Sunday Morning Services

Our 9.15am is a traditional choral service with Holy Communion, with sung worship led by our choir. Our young choristers regularly sing for this service.
Our 11am is a more informal service with a worship band leading sung worship, and ministry for children and young people.
On occasion we have a communion service at 8:30am followed by a joint 10:30am service combining the best of both traditions!

Other regular services

We have a midweek Holy Communion service on Wednesdays at 11am
The choir leads a monthly service Choral Evensong, usually at 6pm. See our calendar for the next evensong dates.

St John The Baptist Church

Our church is the largest community building in the town and continues to offer its space for concerts and events, and we have plans to develop the space to make it more accessible to the people of Keynsham.

The nearby Parish Hall is a popular venue for community clubs, classes and events, with a seating capacity of around 100. Parish Hall Hire
