The Parish Peace Doves is an opportunity for all in Keynsham to join together to create and participate in expressing personal messages of peace, hope and unity using the symbol of a white dove for all to see and admire. This artwork design was created by renowned artist and sculptor Peter Walker.

A display of Peace Doves will be facilitated by St John the Baptist Church Keynsham and in partnership with Keynsham Town Council to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day Celebrations from Monday 5th May 2025 for the general public to admire with white card doves suspended in the Nave of St John’s and knitted doves suspended in the trees in the churchyard and from the church tower.
