Keynsham Parish Players

Keynsham Parish Players is a lively, active, friendly group who once a year put on a show at Keynsham Parish Hall.  During preparation for the show we meet for rehersals in the Parish Hall every Sunday afternoon and often during the week for additonal practice.  We specialise in home-grown productions and having fun!  Every other year we put on a pantomime production in the spring and 'in between' years we work on a variety of other show styles such as our most recent production 'All Aboard', a cruise-line cabaret featuring a wide range of songs from various musicals.  Recent productions include 'Cinderella', 'Dick Whittington', 'All Clear', 'The Pleasure of Your Company' and 'Tippety'.  In September we will begin rehearsing for a pantomime adaption of Robert Louis Stevenson's swashbuckling classic 'Treasure Island' to be shown in March 2010. 

We encourage new members at KPP and welcome all levels of talent and experience.  We always try to make sure all members of the cast feel included and nobody is "not good enough" for us (trust me!).  We also have a committed and efficent back-stage crew who are essential to acheiving the standards that have come to be expected of us at KPP.  If you are interested in joining us either on stage or behind the scenes, please enquire at the Parish Office for contact details.  0117 9863354.
